Steve is Sam Davis and Michelle Davis's butler at the White House.

Steve's Story
Steve is first asked by Sam Davis to check on his daughter. Steve asks Michelle Davis if she's doing okay, and he brings her something to drink. When men begin attacking the White House, Steve comes into President Davis's office and tells him that he's in danger and to get out of there. Davis orders him to get his daughter, so he heads for her room.
Right when he gets to her room, however, he is shot down by Jason Rover.
