The Secret Service are assigned to protect President Davis and keep him out of danger.

The Secret Service Story
The Secret Service are first seen guarding the White House, while Davis is giving a press conference about the issue of terrorism. Right after the conference, a few cars pull up to the White House. The Secret Service assume that they are just more reporters. However, when the men pull out guns and start shooting at them, they are quick to react. They fight back, by quickly gathering more weapons and placing turrets in the yard.
However, they are soon outnumbered and retreat. Agent Hudson, one of the top agents, is able to snipe a few enemy troops until he is shot and falls out the window to his death. A few agents escort the president away from the area, but they forget about his daughter. A few of Byrd's men are able to get to the bedrooms where Michelle is hiding. The agents send their remaining men outside to rescue the kidnapped Michelle but are unable to stop them from getting away. Later, some agents are present at Davis's speech in which he begs for his daughter back. They are alarmed when Agent Campbell shoots and kills one man and knocks over another. Later, when Michelle is rescued by the Campbell brothers, a few agents arrest Tim Byrd, including Rick Pelt.
