The Patterson Mansion is a luxurious estate in New Jersey owned by a wealthy family.

The security is well-equipped and is given the job of protecting the mansion and all of its guests. It is also the site of a party, which Nick Campbell and Wade Campbell attend in an effort to keep an eye on Tim Byrd. However, things go wrong when Byrd discovers that his cover is blown and orders his henchmen to shoot up the place so he can escape.
A small explosive is also detonated there which causes great damage. After the huge battle at the mansion, many guests and security guards are wounded, and much of the place is destroyed.
