Rover's Story

Rover goes to Tim Byrd for employment, after being kicked out of several underground agencies. Byrd is impressed by his report, and signals a guard to attack Rover, to test his skills.

Welcome

Rover sees the guard pull out a knife, dodges the stab, and kicks the guard, knocking him out. Byrd laughs and gives him the job. Later, Agent Rover catches Roger Luggin spying on them and kills Roger. Rover later accompanies Tim Byrd when he meets Ellen Nevins in the alley. Byrd tells him to make sure it's her, so he shines his wrist-flashlight on her to confirm it. When Byrd threatens Ellen, she points her gun at him, however Rover points his gun at her. Rover then leaves with Byrd to head to the White House to kidnap Michelle Davis. As Byrd's men are battling the Secret Service, Rover moves in to get Michelle.

Jet Pack

He activates his jet pack, and flies over the fray. He lands outside the door and tells the henchmen to follow him. They move inside, and Rover kills several Secret Service agents. He reaches Michelle's room and shoots Steve, the butler. He then orders a henchmen to take Michelle. Once she is taken, Rover and the henchmen escape along with Tim Byrd and Ellen Nevins. Jason later goes to the party at the Patterson Mansion to act as a decoy for Byrd to escape in case their cover is blown. However, he pretends to be sent by the president himself to assist Nick and Wade in keeping an eye on Byrd. Mark Bender introduces Nick Campbell to Rover, yet Nick is suspicious of Rover and doesn't trust him. Rover then talks to Byrd, who tells him that he must protect him if one of those secret agents come after him. When their cover is blown, Byrd radios Rover and tells him not to let Nick Campbell lay a finger on him.

Fly

When Nick runs outside after Byrd, Rover is waiting for him. Nick tries to catch up to Byrd, but Rover stops him from doing so. The two fight and Nick eventually shoots and blows up his jet pack. Finally, Byrd radios Rover to get out of there, since he has done his job. Rover then begins running away, but Nick shoots him in the back and kills him.
