Heidi's Story
Heidi finds herself in need of a new associate to assist her in her work. She interviews Ellen Nevins and gives her the job, claiming that she's perfect for the job. Heidi is notified when Warehouse 43 is robbed and is called up to investigate. She meets Agent Campbell there and tells him all the good things she has heard about him.
She explains to Nick that somebody broke into the warehouse and ran away with all of the money. She brings Nick inside the warehouse and introduces him to Ellen. Nick discovers that the mainframe computer is still intact. Heidi explains that the camera must have sent its recordings to this computer. Nick views the footage and lays eyes on the culprit. They then discover that someone else is on the premises. Nick goes out to investigate and Heidi waits inside while Ellen is curious and goes outside. After hearing some racket, Heidi comes outside and meets up with Nick again, who has knocked out one of the robbers that was left behind, named Dan Clark. She later sends the recordings of the Warehouse 43 camera to the YAA mainframe. After they track down, Austin's location, Heidi recommends that first Nick goes alone to gain information and retreat and that then he and Wade can attack. She drives Nick to the hideout and waits for him to retreat. As Nick is retreating and getting shot at, she pulls up closer so Nick can escape. Nick tells Heidi that Austin has an escape plan.
Nick later informs her that their job will be easier once they get the masked assassin out of the way. When Nick heads back to the warehouse to stop Austin once and for all, Heidi tells Nick to bring all the gadgets he has. Once Nick and Wade retrieve the money, President Davis notifies her of his reward of five million dollars to the two agents for their efforts. She gives them the paperwork that turns the five million dollars over to them. A few days later, she, along with Mark Bender, evaluates Rick Pelt on his training simulation. Both of them are impressed and tell him that they will call him later. Heidi later gives Nick casual clothes to wear to the party at the Patterson Mansion. Heidi gets suspicious of her associate, Ellen, when Nick and Wade tell her that Ellen was at the party, armed. After Ellen Nevins is killed by Wade, she realizes that she was wrong to ever trust Ellen, especially because she was an outside hire. Heidi decides to take control of the YAA, since Mark is dead. She congratulates Nick and calls him a hero.
